    I've been a loyal customer of Pizzology for several years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. This past weekend, my order arrived with an uncooked pizza—the dough was still raw—and the wrong dessert was included. We called the store and were told they had tried to reach us because the dessert we ordered was unavailable, but we received no missed calls. To make matters worse, we were informed they couldn't rectify the mistake immediately and that we needed to text the store, after which the manager would contact us the following day. Unfortunately, no one ever called back.While the other pizzas were satisfactory, the service has been terrible. Regrettably, I’ll be looking for a new pizza place

    One of the best local pizza places around.We were surprised to see the low review score here.The pizza bases are tasty and fresh made, generous toppings, good service.It's in the small and select few places we order pizza from. Never had a bad experience.Can't help but think some of the low scores might be the competition review-bombing...

    Such a tasty pizza, I had the “lost burger” and would recommend it. I also had the chocolate churros. It’s a good idea to pre order, I didn’t, I just dropped in but it was amazing to watch the food being prepared (their kitchen is on full display). Super nice, friendly and smiley staff. There’s handy parking right outside but they do deliver locally. It was my first visit and I will definitely go back to try their other food. Well done to all concerned.

    Just terrible. Had months ago and was nice so thought I would go back but never ever again. Can't order via phonecall for some reason so told to use the app which never updates on the order tracker. Still says preparing now hours later. Delivery driver never even rings when arrives just waits then takes food back. Ring to find out where food is and told driver rang and waited... No missed calls, no apology. Nothing. Food average and cold
